I am a main stream medical doctor practicing gastroenterology.  I have passion for medicine and healing. I am a firm believer in main stream medicine that has treated disease, reduced the suffering, and made people live longer.  But the main stream medicine fails provide avenues for healthy living, freedom from disease, and preserving youth.  Main Stream medicine also fails to address several symptoms that are not necessarily associated a disease ( for example fatigue,  bloating,   stress etc.).

In my mid 40s changes happening in my physical health that made me worry.  It came to my mind that my grandmother, great grandmother, being traditional healers provided various herbal medicines for generations of people which kept them alive and healthy without having to resort to main street medicine except for emergencies.  Quest for that knowledge propelled me to find a solution for myself, by looking back in to my roots in India,  where ancient Ayurveda medicine has started thousands of years ago by the sages and carried down  by generations of healers, practiced even today. I decided to take a deep dive in to Ayurveda in quest to preserve my declining health and youth. Ayurveda's freedom from disease concept stuck me hard than my main stream medicine's treatment of disease concept. Ayurveda offered several herbs for healthy living and methods for a strong connection of mind, body, and spirit.   I tried this for myself with amazing results. My passion for healing made me develop this web site and bring the goodness of Ayurveda to you.
